1. All parts must be cleaned in lukewarm water with a mild detergent or an organic solvent.

2. The oxygen (aviator or better) must have a purity >99.5% and must be both tasteless and odorless.

3. To remove the T-connection on the reducer, an 8mm wrench is needed.

4. Permissible impurities in decompressed gas: maximum water vapor concentration: 50 mg/m².

5. When installing the relief valve, turn relief valve 45 degrees to the left to lock.

6. The Oxygen cylinder must be full for operational usage, 3000 PSI (206 Bar) is required.

7. When checking the relief valve, the admission pressure from the pressure gage on the RZ must be between 0.1 and 1.5 mbar.

8. The monitron automatically switches off after performing a battery test at a pressure of >5 bar.

9. Pressure reducer must be major overhauled by Dreager Safety every 5 years.

10. When checking residual pressure warning, the cylinder valve closed, observe the display unit and warning must react at approximately 700 bar.
